What about ring size and resizing?

Not sure of the size? Ask us before you order. We confirm your finger size and any charge for additional gold before resizing.

Can I design my own engagement ring?

Yes. Start with a stone, a sketch or a photo, and you review a 3D design and approve it before your ring is made. For custom or made-to-order rings, an initial 60% deposit is required. The balance is due once your ring is complete and ready for delivery or pickup. Explore custom jewellery.

How should I care for an engagement ring?

Remove your ring for heavy work, sport and harsh cleaning, and have the setting checked periodically if you wear it every day. Every gemstone can still chip, scratch or loosen if it takes a hard impact. See our care guide.
